Palak Paneer Recipe
Ingredients
  1. Spinach 1 Kg
  2. Cheese – ½ Kg (Cut into small pieces)
  3. Tomato – 2 or 3
  4. Garlic – 2 or 3 flakes
  5. Onion – 1
  6. Oil – 2 tablespoon
  7. Red chillies – ½ tablespoon
  8. Tomato puree – 2 tablespoon
  9. Salt to taste

Method

  1. Cut spinach and boil it with tomatoes, onion and garlic for 10 minutes. Don’t add water.
  2. Grind the boiled spinach to a fine paste.
  3. Heat oil and put the spinach paste in it. Cook it for 10 minutes on high flame.
  4. Now add cheese, salt, tomato puree and little water and let it cook for 5 minutes on slow flame.
